Kayode is the face of The Points Engineer and he currently holds higher status on multiple airlines and hotel programs. He has visited 4 continents, 30 countries, and 35 of the 50 US states. Kayode began his adventure journey after selling his first cellphone and used the money to apply for his first passport. He said to himself, “I’d rather have a passport, than a cellphone”. Ever since then, he’s been globetrotting.
The Points Engineer has been privileged to have travelled in many of the world’s best FIRST CLASS flights. And has also stayed at different 5-star luxury hotels. As a luxury travel blogger, he’s passionate about anything luxury travels and lifestyle.
When he’s not catching flights or checking in at some hotels, he is busy in the Information Technology (IT) industry making this world a better place. With over 13 years of experience in the IT industry, he is Cisco, Microsoft, and CompTIA certified.
In 2020, despite the pandemic, Kayode flew First Class flights more than 60 times, and also earned millions of points & miles. Using those points and miles to travel in style while making great memories that will be treasured for a lifetime is also one of his areas of specialization. He believes that happiness, or the good things in life doesn’t have to cost a fortune.
Mr Kayode is not only an adventure seeker, but also a knowledge seeker. And one of the many words that has changed his life is; “a man who has what you don’t have, knows what you don’t know”.
